If you need to cancel your holiday... please notify us as soon as possible in writing from a recognised email address.

The following cancellation charges are to be bourne by the customer if the property is not re-let for the same period.

6 weeks prior to intended arrival at the villa/apartment - loss of deposit

5 weeks prior to intended arrival at the villa/apartment - 25% of rental

3 weeks prior to intended arrival at the villa/apartment - 50% of rental

less than 1 week prior to arrival at the villa/apartment - 100% of rental

If the property is re-let, then a refund will be paid to the client cancelling based on the actual rental income received from the new clients, less any bank charges and refunds already given based on the schedule above.

For example:- a client has paid US$3,000 for two weeks rental of a villa and the client then has to cancel three weeks prior to their arrival at the villa.

(a) it has not been possible to re-let the villa.............. refund to client is US$1,500

(b) villa is relet for 1 week only at US$1,200............... refund to client is US$1,500

(c) villa is re-let for 2 weeks at US$2,500 .................. refund to client is US$2,500

(d) villa is relet for 2 weeks at US$3,500 ................... refund to client is US$3,000

NOTE: There will be an administration charge of £50 or US$100 deducted from any refunds relating to cancellations - this is not reflected in the above figues.

 

 

If for any reason we need to cancel your booking with a villa or apartment - ie if the villa has become uninhabitable etc. We will try to secure a similar or better villa or apartment for you or if you prefer give you a full money back refund with no deductions.
